目标： 采取紧急行动应对气候变化及其影响
全球背景
全球气温已较工业化前水平上升约1.1摄氏度。政府间气候变化专门委员会（IPCC）的第六次评估报告确认，要将升温限制在1.5摄氏度以内，需要全球温室气体排放量在2025年前达到峰值，并在2030年前减少43%。过去50年间，与气候相关的灾害增加了五倍。按照当前趋势，到2050年，气候变化造成的经济损失每年可能高达23万亿美元。
关键具体目标
关键具体目标包括：加强各国抵御和适应气候相关的灾害和自然灾害的能力（13.1）；将应对气候变化的措施纳入国家政策、战略和规划（13.2）；加强气候变化减缓、适应、减少影响和早期预警等方面的教育、宣传以及机构和人员能力（13.3）；以及落实发达国家承诺的每年为气候融资动员1000亿美元的目标（13.a）。
企业贡献
企业可通过以下方式做出贡献：设定基于科学的减排目标（SBTi）、向可再生能源转型、提高能源效率、开发低碳产品和服务、进行气候风险评估与适应规划、投资碳移除技术，以及参与气候政策倡导。气候行动是最受关注的ESG议题，涉及广泛的监管要求和投资者期望。

GRI 305（排放）、温室气体核算体系（范围1、2、3）、TCFD/ISSB气候相关披露、SBTi目标、CDP气候变化问卷、SASB各行业气候相关指标。
